I just wanted to thank you again for your commitment to our training. Over Xmas I continued to put into effect a lot of your advice including use of crate for visitors(I did this a few weeks before Xmas) especially to use with visitors etc over Xmas we had a family with a dog staying. We let everyone know about Frankie and ignoring him but waiting for 4 feet on ground . He was brilliant - still jumps up but is getting better - and the 'manage the behaviour' kept ringing in my head. He got on brilliantly with other dog and like you said - some adult dogs have positive impact on younger ones. In some ways I was dreading Xmas as family staying had 2 young children but we let everyone know what to do and not to do and the 2 days were much smoother than I imagined and mainly it was to do with a lot of your teaching on the course. I couldn't recommend your classes more highly

I just wanted to say thank you for the class and your invaluable advice. I found it especially useful as I really struggle to get and keep Nero’s attention when there are distractions. I will certainly be using it as a building block and really work on keeping his attention.
